California State University – Fullerton | Central Plant Upgrades by EcoGreenVision

EcoGreenVision proudly completed significant upgrades to the Central Plant of California State University – Fullerton, located in the basement of McCarthy Hall. The scope of work included:

• Installation of a 2,000 kW electric Heating Hot Water (HHW) boiler
• Installation of three primary HHW pumps equipped with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Installation of a 4000A unit substation switchgear board
• Integration of a comprehensive supporting controls system

These upgrades were executed to enhance energy efficiency, modernize critical infrastructure, and support the campus’s long-term sustainability goals.
