What We Have Done with City of Hope
Hebat Badiee was the lead Sr. Project Developer preparing the Investment-Grade Audit (ASHRAE Level 3) and recommendations for the City of Hope Medical Center in 2013 and 2014. The final report consists of analyzing over 30 buildings (Labs, Hospitals, Clinics, Conference Center, Offices, and Central Power Plant /Utility Buildings with over One million square feet of OSHPD and Non-OSHPD floor areas). The study recommended 13 Facility Improvement Measures with a total investment cost of $12 Million Dollars and over $1.65 Million Dollars of savings during the first year after implementing the projects.
